1. Who we are
Check&Calc Tools is a small, independent project offering simple, free online tools at checkandcalc-site.netlify.app. We are not a bank, financial institution or security company.
2. What data we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as your name or address. However, some technical and usage data may be collected automatically:
- Basic usage data (which pages are visited, approximate location, device type), usually via analytics tools.
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Netlify), such as IP address, browser type and timestamps.
- Advertising data collected by Google AdSense, including cookies or similar identifiers.
3. Tool inputs (URLs, text and numbers)
The main tools on this site – scam website checker, AI text detector and YouTube money calculator – are designed to run in your browser using JavaScript. In the current version, the calculations happen on the client side and we do not store your pasted URLs, text or numbers in our own database.
However, your browser or third-party services (such as analytics or ad networks) may still log page views or interactions in an aggregated way. Do not paste highly confidential information or secrets into any online tool, including ours.
4. Cookies and Google AdSense
This website displays ads provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and other technologies to:
- Deliver and measure personalized and non-personalized ads.
- Track basic ad performance, such as impressions and clicks.
- Prevent fraud and abuse of the ad system.
